Your role

As a Team Leader at the sibling unit, you will work with leading one of the groups in the unit in daily operations. You will be responsible for distributing cases, leading case reviews, and following up on ongoing cases.

Together with the Unit Manager and Method Developer, you will introduce new employees and participate in the continuous development work, including method development.

Your qualifications and experience

For this position, you are required to have:

• A degree in Social Work (Socionom).
• Several years of current experience from the social services area of children and young people within authority enforcement.

We consider it meritorious if you have:

• Experience in leadership.
• Knowledge and experience of Signs of Safety.
• Knowledge and experience of the Umbrella System (Paraplysystemet).

You are structured, development-oriented, and have an easy time creating new relationships and collaborating to achieve good results. You are guided by goal- and result-oriented thinking in prioritizations, are clear in your communication, and follow up to ensure your message gets through.
